A) Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS right on the site. Also, many international clients have used a service called myus.com for lower shipping rates via a 3rd party.
Q) I was sure I’d fall in love with the bag, but I think I just want to be friends. Can I return it?
A) We want only happiness for you -- and your purchase. Bags in excellent condition and purchased from our website may be returned within 60 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
Q) I've carried my bag around for 222 days straight. It's still going strong, but what if something happens?
A) If you have any functional issues after 60 days, we'll be happy to help you fix it. Just email a photo to email@example.com and you'll hear from us within 48 business hours about how to get your bag repaired.
